Spring Cleaning

With spring finally here I've been in the mood to purge and reorganize, starting in my computer/craft/sewing space. And, it's also time to let go of some models for patterns that I'll no longer be carrying going forward. First up for "adoption" is the original model, made by Stacy Nash, of her cross-stitch pattern, "Hands to Work Pinkeep Pillow".

It is just as I purchased it from her, aged and stained to look like a family heirloom, passed down from generation to generation. For sale at a price of $80.00 on my web site. Maybe it's just right for your sewing space?

A Little Break

Just a quick note - I'll be out of town for a few days (husband has an annual conference until mid-week), so orders placed this weekend will ship beginning on Thursday the 14th. I've got LOTS of Primitive Quilts and Projects magazines to ship out! Thank you in advance for your patience and for your orders. Have a great week!

Something New!

The highly anticipated new quarterly publication, Primitive Quilts and Projects has debuted with it's premier issue! This over 100-page, full-color magazine contains 17 projects from your favorite top designers, including Maggie Bonanomi, Jan Patek, Cheri Payne, Renee Plains, Lori Brechlin from Notforgotten Farm and many more. At only $9.99, that's less than a dollar a pattern! Several quilts, wool applique, a needlepunch and hooked rug are among the great designs you'll find. Everyone's talking about this one! Available on my web site under the Sundries category.

Check out their blog too, to keep up with what's going on with future issues. I've added it to my More Fun Reads list below.

Happy Spring!
